Roger was born in Massachusetts but spent much of his early life living overseas as the son of an Air Force Officer. After graduating from college, he obtained a teaching credential and spent several years working as public school teacher, primarily at the elementary grade levels. At Trinity Law School, he was elected and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the school's Law Review.
Roger is an experienced civil litigant and has worked on cases involving corporate/shareholder disputes, intellectual property matters, real property issues, contract disputes and employment law matters. In addition, he has prepared dozens of bankruptcy petitions, and incorporated a sizable number of business entities. His primary areas of practice are civil litigation, forming corporations and bankruptcy.
Roger believes that taking the time to answer a client's questions is one of the most important services an attorney can perform. A client may be concerned about the personal and financial cost of the legal process, or the pros and cons, the long-term costs and benefits, of litigating a particular dispute. Part of being both an effective attorney and a counselor at law is explaining the legal process so that a client may decide on the best course of action for his or her particular situation.
